Rigatoni with pistachio pesto, ricotta (fresh cheese) and Dop Don Tanu grains

Ingredients (x2):

  • 1 big onion
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • don tanu pistachio pesto 90 gr
  • 200 gr ricotta or other fresh cheese
  • Don Tanu D.o.p pistachio grains for garnish
  • sage to perfume

 

Method:

Fry the onion with extra virgin olive oil, add the pistachio pesto, when the pasta is almost ready add the ricotta and pasta to the pesto, pepper and parmesan cheese, grains for garnish.
